METAL: HELLSINGER.
This game requires the players to understand the rhythm. You are supposed to shoot once you hear a specific beat of a song being played in the background. If you do this accurately, you stand a chance of increasing your damage. In the crosshair, you will be guided by two icons (the fury gauge and the Hit Streak). You can only tell that you have hit correctly once you see the number of enemies dropping. Also, there will be a perfect sign of color on the grey triangles changing into orange if you follow the beat accurately. Shooting wrong will alter your damage output by far. The main objective is to follow the rhythm and give the most damage. This is achieved by increasing the fury gauge. You can move the gauge up to a maximum of 16x, which shows the most damage. If you get attacked, the gauge decreases. This can also happen if you fail to charge it. This tactic of mastering the rhythm is also applicable while dashing. You have to master the beat and dash at precisely that moment; if you do so, you can make two more dashes, which won’t affect the level of your fury gauge. However, it is good to note that the song’s beats keep changing at every level of the game. Therefore, you will need to relearn the song and master where the moment is, and make your shot.
Remember to test your visual and audio calibration at the beginning of the game. Your game’s core mechanic will be affected if you fail to do this. The best weapon to use in this game is Paz (talking skull). It will help you freeze your enemies for a while and can shoot an enemy with little or no recoil. Paz is the only piece in the game that will help increase fury gauge without necessarily having you shoot at the enemies.
Knowing the enemy you should attack first is also crucial in the Metal: Hellinger game. For instance, you might come across Marionnettes, Cambions, and Behemoths all at the same time. In such a case, focus first on Behemoth because it tends to jump and move faster than the rest. If you focus on the other two first, Behemoth will likely get in your way and cause damage.
Charge your ultimate weapons. Once you do so, a yellow bar will appear on the crosshair. This also makes your weapon more powerful, and it can tear into the flesh of any of your enemies on your way. Do not focus much on firearms and forget your mobility power. You can make triple dashes, double jumps, or create a combination of both.
Once you complete your mission at a particular Hell, you will unlock torments. You will be tasked to kill demons at a given duration of time and in specific conditions. During this time, your fury gauge will remain standard.
